Isabelle M. Visosky
Isabelle M. Visosky, a Ginter resident, completed her life journey on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at 4:43 p.m. at Clearfield Hospital at age 89.
She was a member of Christ The King Catholic Church in Houtzdale. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Michael and Eglantine (Peteuil) Visosky. She is survived by her brother John and wife Sally who reside in Naples, Florida.
The first eight years of her education were in a two-room school in Ginter. After attending her first two years at Houtzdale High School she transferred to Madera High School, from which she graduated.
She then attended and graduated from Thompson Business College in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and was employed by Muellers Macaroni Company. She subsequently worked at the Pennsylvania State Capitol in Harrisburg for many years continuing under several administrations because of her skills, including proof reading proposed and passed Legislative Bills.
She has one niece and four nephews; niece, Michelle Donaldson, her husband Gary and three children who reside in San Jose, California; nephew, Mark and wife Patricia and three children who reside in Fairfax, Virginia; nephew, Jon and wife Christine who reside on the Island of Guam in the Pacific; nephew, Steven and wife June and four children who reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado; nephew, Christopher and wife Ciara who resides in Dublin, Ireland.
Friends will be received at Kruise Funeral Homes, Inc., Ramey from 9 - 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 21.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Christ The King Catholic Church, Houtzdale on Thursday, November 21 at 11:30 a.m. with Fr. Joseph P. Staszewski as celebrant. Interment will be in St. Lawrence Cemetary, Houtzdale.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ The King Catholic Church, 123 Good St., Houtzdale, PA 16651
