Stephanne Zolyak McAleer, 75, of State College, formerly of Ramey and Exton, PA, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at home.
Born on December 7, 1941 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Steve and Susan (Holobinko) Zolyak.
She was a lifelong member of St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ramey, and recently also of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, State College. She was employed by Penn State University for many years, then worked as a legal secretary/paralegal for the remainder of her 50 year career.
She is survived by a sister, Linda Canner, and her husband Dr. Stephen of Asheville, NC, and a nephew, Adam Zolyak, and his wife Valerie, of Denver, CO.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Zolyak.
Memorial Mass will be celebrated 1:00 PM Saturday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, State College. Father Antony Sudherson will be celebrant. Inurnment will be private.
