Rose Marie Murawski, 63, of Morann, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at home.

Born on March 3, 1954 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of Josephine (Moscollic) Murawski of Morann and the late John Murawski.

Rose was a 1972 graduate of Moshannon Valley High School and a member of St. Barbara PNCC in Houtzdale.

She worked as a seamstress at Campalong and a caregiver for her parents. She loved crafts, shopping, and the Christmas season. Rose was a loving Godmother and aunt.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her three brothers, John (Barb) Murawski of Houtzdale, Matt (Katie) Murawski of Houtzdale, and Jody (Lori) Murawski of Ginter.

She is also survived by nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Vanessa, Jacob, Ben, and Emily.

Family will receive friends Sunday from 3-6 PM and Monday from 9:30-10:30 AM at Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., Ramey.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11:00 AM in St. Barbara’s Polish National Catholic Church, Houtzdale, with Fr. Andres Simental as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Barbara PNCC Cemetery.
