Dolores A. Hirchak, 88, of Ramey, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017 in Epworth Manor, Tyrone.
Born on September 9, 1928 in Osceola Mills, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Winkler) Kost.
Dolores was a 1947 graduate of Bigler Twp High School.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ramey, a member of Ramey VFC Ladies Auxillary, and Disabled American Veterans Ladies Auxillary in Altoona.
She married Edward Hirchak on Ocober 27, 1951 in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ramey. He preceded her in death in August 2015.
Dolores is survived by a brother Leonard (Jan) Kost of Aurora, CO.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Kost, and sister, Rita Kost.
Friends will be received at the Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., Ramey on Friday from 4-6 PM and on Saturday from 8:30-9:30 AM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ramey, PA, with Fr. Zab Amar as celebrant. Entombment will follow Calvary Cemetery, Altoona.
