Christine “Tina” (Lazeration) Bendos, 89, of Hollidaysburg, formerly of Altoona, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 in Presbyterian Village, Hollidaysburg.

Born June 4, 1926 in Ginter, PA, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Anna (Lashinsky) Lazeration.

She is survived by a sister, Ann Daniel of Houtzdale, a brother, John Lazeration of Ginter, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Bendos; a son, Stephen Bendos; five sisters, Susan Wasilko, Katheryn Lazeration, Helen Bakosky, Mary Bendos, and Madlyn Kechisen; and three brothers, Frank, George, and Paul Lazeration.

Friends will be received Friday from 2-5 PM and on Saturday from 8:30-9:30 AM at Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., Ramey, PA.

A Panikhida Service will be 10:00 AM Saturday at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ramey, PA, with Fr. Anthony Balistreri officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Ramey, PA.
