Shelly L. Hudak, 43, of Madera, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2015 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born on February 9, 1972 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of Vivian (Berndt) Hudak of Ramey and Gene Gardner of Houtzdale.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Ashley Steiner of Madera, one brother, John, and his wife Renee Hudak of KY, and her husband Fred Graham.

She was preceded in death by a brother Steven Hudak, and her step-father, Alvin Beish.

Family will receive friends Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 5- 8 PM in Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Service, Ramey.

Funeral Service will be 11 AM Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Melhorn officiating. Burial to follow in Beulah Cemetery, Ramey.
